Shipping Policy.

No Grow NZ offers nationwide delivery and will ship to most locations within New Zealand.

THE SERVICE

Delivery is handled by Courier Post who will deliver your parcel directly to your door.

CHARGES

We charge a flat rate of $10 for delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

Allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Rural delivery will take longer, please allow 4-5 working days.

But you will be kept up to date every step of the way.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE

• Any responsibility of No Grow NZ is passed onto the user upon delivery to the address provided. No Grow NZ is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of the goods once delivery has taken place. 

• Parcel Notifications are a standard part of CourierPost services, you will be emailed with delivery updates.

• Orders placed after 12:00pm will only be processed the following day.

• Delivery times specified above may not be applicable if there are unforeseen complications.

• Orders are shipped during weekdays and on working days only. Allow extra time over Public Holidays and weekends.

• Orders placed after 12:00pm on a Friday will only be processed on Monday morning (unless that Monday falls on a Public Holiday).
