Returns Policy.
No Grow NZ will accept the return of products under certain conditions, at the discretion of No Grow NZ Limited.
In order to log a successful return please note the following:
No Grow NZ Limited will only accept the return of goods if the return is logged within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery.
The goods must be in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
The below returns form must be filled in and sent to No Grow NZ within the allocated time.
This form will then be reviewed, if accepted the goods must be returned at your cost to No Grow NZ, once the returned goods are received and checked by No Grow NZ the refund amount will be credited into your online account and can then be used on the No Grow NZ website.
Please note that the user is responsible for the return of any goods ordered in error and liable for any costs relating to the return. It is suggested that any returns are sent with an insured courier service as No Grow NZ is not liable for any loss or damage during the returns process.
